Hidden Waves Band

We were super excited to play our new album to a sold out audience at Edinburgh Jazz and Blues festival 2026.

Studying composition and flamenco in Spain, and more recently Indian konnakol, I mix these two rhythmic languages and have developed my compositions with some of my favourite musicians from Scotland. The incredible Paul Harrison(Keys), Doug Hough (Drums) and Douglas Waites (Bass). 'Hidden Waves' signifies the natural forces that exist and influence us day to day that are often out of our control. Stemming from the Jazz tradition and bringing Spanish and Indian music together as well as our Scottish roots, it speaks to a shared cultural music and collective existing within a fragile natural world.
